Do quality work and fix mistakes quickly. If something is wrong, say so. We would rather catch a problem early than ship it and explain it later.

Keep work tracked and flag blockers early. Everyone always knows what is happening and what is stuck.

Respond same day. Be proactive about problems. The relationship is the product as much as the campaign is.

The person doing the work decides the day-to-day. We bias toward action over permission-seeking, and we ask when it matters.

How work flows

Most of what we do is just people working together. The handoffs that matter are the ones that cross team boundaries and touch the client, so we keep those clean and explicit:

  1. New client: Sales hands the signed scope to Customer Success, who owns the relationship from there.
  2. Work request: Customer Success briefs Operations on what the client needs and by when.
  3. Client review: Operations sends work to Customer Success for client approval, then back with the decision.
  4. Production ready: approved work goes to Production with specs and deadlines.
  5. Job complete: Production confirms delivery and Customer Success closes the loop with the client.

No SLAs, no escalation matrices, no capacity-calculation ceremonies. The sender confirms the receiver got it, and the receiver acknowledges. That is the whole process.

Our rhythm

Daily team meeting: we get together every day for real human contact, quick alignment, and to keep work moving.

Weekly team sync, 30 minutes: what shipped, what is blocked, what is next.

Monthly leadership review, 60 minutes: numbers, issues, priorities, people.

Quarterly retrospective, 90 minutes: what worked, what did not, what we change.

We meet often. Frequent face time keeps the team connected and problems visible.
