When you check the SMS consent box on our contact form (or any other Choice OMG webform where SMS consent is offered) and provide a mobile phone number, you opt in to receive SMS or MMS text messages from Choice OMG related to your inquiry, your engagement with us, or services you have requested. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Program details
- Program name: Choice OMG client communications.
- Message types: One-to-one conversational replies from a Choice OMG team member, appointment and call confirmations, billing notifications, service updates, and responses to questions you've sent us.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns by SMS.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Choice OMG does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and we will not send further SMS messages from that number.
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@choice.marketing or call 1-877-930-0955.
Carriers
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Rogers, Bell, Telus) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent and data sharing
Mobile information (your phone number and your SMS opt-in consent record) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are stored in our consent ledger alongside the timestamp, originating IP address, and the page where consent was granted. The standard data-handling, retention, and rights sections of our Privacy Policy apply to information collected through SMS, including the retention periods described under How long we keep your data.
