Requesting an AI visibility audit authorizes Choice OMG to examine how your business appears on the web and in AI systems. These terms describe exactly what that authorization covers, what we commit not to do, and how the material we collect is handled. They apply whenever you request an AI audit through one of our forms, including lead forms we run on advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Website crawling and analysis
You authorize us to access and crawl the publicly available pages of the website(s) associated with the practice or business named in your request, and to collect, store, and analyze their content, metadata, and technical signals (such as page structure, schema markup, load performance, and indexability) for the purpose of preparing your audit.
Queries to search engines and AI services
You authorize us to query search engines and third-party AI services (for example, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) using your practice's name and public business details, to assess how those systems describe, rank, and recommend your practice. These queries use only information that is already public.
What we do not do
- Read-only. We do not modify your website, submit forms on it, or create accounts.
- Public pages only. We do not attempt to access non-public systems, patient portals, or anything behind authentication.
- Rate-limited. Our crawling is throttled so it does not burden your server.
- No patient data. The audit examines your marketing presence, not clinical systems or records.
Your representation of authority
By requesting an audit you confirm that you are authorized to make the request on behalf of the practice(s) or business(es) named, and to grant the permissions above for their website(s). If you are not authorized, do not submit the request.
Data handling and retention
Material collected for your audit is retained as part of your audit record and handled under our Privacy Policy, including the retention periods described under How long we keep your data. Your contact information is handled as described in the notice shown on the request form and in the Privacy Policy's “Lead forms on advertising platforms” section.
The audit itself
The audit is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either side. Findings reflect what our tools and the third-party systems we query return at the time of the audit; AI systems change their answers frequently, and we do not guarantee that results will remain accurate after delivery. Requesting or receiving an audit does not create a client engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the audit service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the change log below and in the last-updated date. The version in effect when you submit your request governs that request.
