    Thanks Peter for this platform. I have a quick question regarding the call tracking solutions:
    Is opting for VoIP from brands like Shortel or Cisco favourable?
    Or should I opt for other brands? After a bit of research and visiting other forums, I realized that after-sales service and support means a lot in this business.

    I understand that VoIP phones can be used for business solutions, but cost is one of the bigger concerns. Can you please point me in the direction where I can find all the details?
